AM/PM Solutions & Services customizes pricing proposals for each and every client to meet their specific needs, in terms of scope of work and budget. Typically, a proposal will consist of two options from the rate listing below, and ample time will be provided for you and your Board of Directors to make a confident decision about moving forward.
Hourly Rate
This rate option is best for either quick projects or clients who are able to work closely with us in a collaborative effort to provide the biggest bang for your buck. *2-hour minimum
Retainer Rate
This rate option is best when clients need on-going, coaching or flexible support. It is sometimes applied for projects that have a long timeline for completion. It provides a better cash-flow plan for budgeting, and a discounted hourly rate. *5-hour monthly minimum
Project Rate
This rate option is best for speaking or training engagements or projects that are very “cut & dry” in the timeline needed to provide the scope of work.
Contracts are enacted before engagement begins and can be terminated at any time by either party with a 30-day written notice.
