What do we mean exactly…
In our case, Operations support refers to the areas that keep your business running.
AM/PM believes that operations is where strategic thought and day-to-day functions come together. It is the workflow that takes the executive-level decisions and applies them to actualized output. Typically, organizations complete a strategic plan every 1-5 years. The purpose is to define the vision of the organization and draft a plan that maps out actions for today to reach tomorrow. More often than not, Executive Directors (or Board Members) walk out of these workshops without a clear path of how to truly execute their plan. Some even feel a bit disenchanted with the process once it is complete because while they have made the decisions they do not know how to pivot current efforts to realize future goals. Event Coordination
