What do we mean exactly…
In our case, Individual Services are targeted to showcase the best of you and is not tied specifically to the nonprofit sector. We offer various packages and pricing to aid individuals interested in presenting themselves in the best light. Every individual has something to offer – do your materials highlight the best of you? In today’s world, securing employment goes beyond networking – many employers are using Advanced Tracking Systems (ATS) to search through the dozens or in some cases, hundreds of applications to find the right people to interview.
Who you know sometimes matters just as much as what you’ve done, so make sure your paper and online presence is up-to-date and accurate. Formatting might not always matter in what you are working on as an employee, but poor-formatting in your resume can cost you a job; if you don’t have the attention to detail on your resume, what’s to say you’ll have it in the office? Professional documents customized to you will help get you where you want to go.

Basic Bio
A Basic Bio consists of a short statement summarizing you, your credentials, and your accomplishments. This document can be structured to meet 50–100 words depending on your preference. Pricing is reflective of word count.
Resume
An interview gets you the job; a resume gets you the interview. Is your resume showcasing your gifts and talents appropriately so that your application rises to the top? This document can be structured for entry- or executive-level positions, but are not to exceed 2-pages per resume standards. If you require more pages, you will need a Curriculum Vitae (see below).
Resume Plus
Most employers request that applicants provide a resume plus a cover letter. Your cover letter is a quick way to introduce yourself, explain why you are an asset, and highlight achievements from your resume. Make sure your documents pair together appropriately so that your application is streamlined and cohesive. This package includes a Resume and a Cover Letter.

Curriculum Vitae
A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is not just a master listing of all of your previous experience. It is requested by employers expecting a great deal of life experience and accomplishments, including education, original research, presentations given, and papers/books published. Typically requested in the field of academia, this type of document exceeds the two-page resume maximum, but has no maximum page count. For this reason, this document takes a great deal of time and effort, which requires a sliding scale rate based on final page count.
